The web, and stuff
So I posted a blog about the sudarshan kriya a while ago, (here --> http://nthogenproductions.com/really-juicy-morsel ) and it has really gotten a fair amount of response as evident in the comments list.
In the blog it says that I would create a so-hum mp3, but I never did mostly just because I am too busy and there are already many out on the web. Personally, I think the technique is valuable, but the people that teach it are very possessive and cultist about it. Here is an email I received recently regarding my post, my response to the sender is pasted below.

It is like having a key without lock. This is pure knowledge & it should be in presence of a trainer or instructer. if you want to spread the knowledge you can become a part of the trained teacher & can carry on the
work.
You experienced it in presence of the trainer, but people who download it will not be able to have the experience of the effects of simple but valuable breathing technique.
What you are hearing is only sound & you are not getting connected to universal force. which can be only brought about with the presence of the master who created the sound.

I whole heartedly agree with you that the Sudarshan Kriya is not entertainment and is a very valuable breathing technique. That is why I never posted any mp3 to the site or emailed it to anyone, if anything that post is an positive advertisement for Art of Living.
I feel bad for you because you have missed the point. You are wrong about the sound my friend, the sound is that of the maninkari asking you to sing back to them. The Art of Living is a business, they exist to make money, you have been totally fooled! I agree that you should not blindly do these things by yourself, that is why I never posted any mp3, instead you should have a guide or a teacher your first few times or until you are experienced. But after that YOU DO NOT NEED A TEACHER. You have probably spent hundreds of dollars to attend Art of Living courses, right? either that, or you have gotten in on the business as an instructor and must say stuff like that in order to make sure people dont learn by themselves, then you'd be out of business...
It is very stupid to think that you must have a "master" in order to experience the beauty and wonder of the universal force, I hope that one day you realize that you can be your own master and experience the energy of your ancestry for yourself.
